- Preparation and maintenance of technological documentation;
- Solving technological and production problems;
- Improving production efficiency;
- Training and consulting of production employees;
- Participation in the selection and ordering of production equipment, preparation of its operating rules;
- Coordination of prototype assembly;
- Identification of problems before serial production;
- Defect analysis (FA, Root Cause);
- Cooperation with the quality department and customers;
- Cooperation with maintenance, quality, R&D teams.
Employee requirements
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Computer literacy (MS Office; experience with technical systems is an advantage).
- Higher or higher education: in the field of mechanical, electrical, electronic, automation or production engineering is an advantage.
- English language skills at least B2 level, knowledge of technical English.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, diligence, responsibility.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation.
- Ability to plan time and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Teamwork skills and a responsible attitude.
