Nature of work
- Preparation and maintenance of technological documentation;
- Solving technological and production problems;
- Improving the efficiency of production processes;
- Assessment and improvement of workplace ergonomics in order to ensure comfortable and efficient working conditions for employees;
- Training and consulting of production employees;
- Participation in the preparation of technical requirements for production equipment and its ordering, preparation of equipment operating rules;
- Coordination of prototype assembly;
- Identification and solution of possible problems before serial production;
- Defect analysis (FA, Root Cause);
- Cooperation with specialists of quality, R&D departments and customers;
What do we expect from you:
- Willingness to learn and develop;
- Computer literacy (MS Office; experience with technical systems - an advantage);
- Attention to detail, ability to work with data;
- Higher or higher education: in the field of mechanics, electricity, electronics, automation or production engineering - an advantage);
- English language skills at least B2 level, technical English proficiency;
- Analytical, systematic thinking and problem-solving skills, diligence, responsibility;
- Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation;
- Ability to plan time and priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Teamwork skills;
- Experience using AI for problem analysis and solution - an advantage;
