You will be responsible for:

  • ensuring the productivity of production lines;
  • reducing technological downtime;
  • managing the warehouse of technological spare parts;
  • training employees on the correct operation of equipment, precise equipment adjustment;
  • planning, ordering and management of basic raw materials and materials necessary for the organization of production;
  • preparing product materials and raw materials consumption rates, controlling the quantities consumed and preparing reports;
  • preparing and submitting technological, regulatory, environmental, quality documents to the relevant departments; Systematizing and storing the prepared documentation;
  • ensuring and controlling the implementation of investment projects;
  • improving production processes;
  • supporting and implementing the LEAN system.

  • have a higher education in the fields of industrial engineering, engineering mechanics;
  • have at least one year of work experience as a technologist in a manufacturing company;
  • are familiar with the quality, occupational safety and health procedures governing production activities;
  • are responsible, proactive, innovative;
  • are able to plan and organize work independently;
  • are characterized by logical thinking and result orientation;
  • communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
  • work with MS Office, AutoCad, Solidworks programs.
