Team management, coordination of technical processes, project development;
Monitoring the technical condition of the production unit's equipment, planning and organizing maintenance;
Analysis of technical failures, finding and implementing solutions;
Cooperation with production and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the equipment;
Implementation and optimization of new technological solutions;
Preparation and updating of technical documentation;
Compliance with occupational safety and quality standards;
Participation in negotiations with suppliers and service providers regarding technical equipment or services.

Higher university education in the field of engineering, automation;
Work experience in the position of engineer, automation is desirable;
Leadership experience, good negotiation skills, ability to work in a team;
Creativity and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment;
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
