- Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and their technical maintenance;
- Plan preventive maintenance, repairs and modernization works;
- Respond quickly to failures, analyze their causes and implement preventive solutions;
- Coordinate the work of the technical maintenance team and cooperate with other departments;
- Contribute to improving production efficiency and equipment reliability.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical education;
- Management experience in a maintenance, engineering or production environment;
- Knowledge of automated control processes, production engineering systems and technological processes;
- Ability to plan work, solve problems and work in a team;
- Initiative, responsibility and result orientation;
- Knowledge of English.
