Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of metal shop equipment;
- Check the condition of equipment after repairs and ensure that equipment is properly prepared for production;
- Analyze recurring equipment failures, find their causes and initiate solutions that help prevent recurrence;
- Control the need for spare parts and inform the department manager about missing parts;
- Deputize for the metal shop manager and production planner in case of their vacation or illness in current shop issues, ensuring uninterrupted production work.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher technical education;
- Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation;
- Ability to independently identify and eliminate equipment malfunctions;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability and willingness to work in a team.
