RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring smooth operation of production facilities and constant search for technical innovations;
- Prevention and elimination of production equipment failures;
- Participation in auctions, evaluation and control of new investments;
- Planning, organization and control of the work of the department team.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Higher technical education;
- 2+ years of work experience in a managerial position in a manufacturing company;
- Developed team management competence and personal leadership;
- Excellent work planning, organization, execution, coordination, negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework for the operation and repair of equipment, mechanisms, motor vehicles;
- Knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
