We are looking for someone who:
- Responsible, honest, able to work both independently and in a team
- Has logical and analytical thinking
- Speaks Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Has an education in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment engineering or a similar field - an advantage
- Has experience as a mechanic
- Able to work with AutoCAD and MS Excel programs
We will trust you:
- Ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of production equipment - organize maintenance, repair and prompt troubleshooting
- Analyze equipment failures, identify their causes and initiate technological and technical improvements
- Plan and implement preventive and scheduled repair work, create a schedule and coordinate preparation for them
- Ensure compliance with equipment maintenance requirements and the quality of repair work
- Organize installation, adjustment of new equipment, prepare instructions and train operators
- Manage the need for spare parts and materials - ensure optimal inventory levels and storage procedures
- Analyze downtime, find solutions to reduce them and increase equipment reliability
- Create and update preventive maintenance plans in the Alldevice system, adapting them to real production needs
