You will work in the Alytus division, where your focus will be on the efficiency of production equipment, optimization of technological processes and prevention of technical problems. Your decisions will have a direct impact on how smoothly production runs and how efficiently available resources are used.

What will we entrust you with
- Ensure the efficiency and reliability of production equipment.
- Analyze the operation of technological processes and provide proposals for their optimization.
- Identify technical problems, organize their prevention and contribute to the implementation of the solution.
- Prepare reports, analyze data and provide proposals for improving performance.
- Participate in equipment commissioning, modernization and testing.
- Contribute to the training of employees to work in accordance with technological and operational requirements.
It is likely that we are on our way if
- You have a higher technical or engineering education in mechanics, automation, production technologies or a related field.
- You have successful long-term work experience in a production environment, working with equipment, technological processes or their improvement.
- You are familiar with production equipment and technological processes, are able to analyze failures and implement preventive solutions.
- You are able to read technical documentation and have good computer skills.
- You are proactive, responsible, meticulous and focused on problem solving and continuous improvement.
Advantages:
- Basic English to understand technical documentation.
- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S or other process efficiency methods.
- Category B driver's license.
