JOB DESCRIPTION

As a specialist in equipment maintenance and cutting tools, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of equipment, maintenance of cutting tools and their preparation for production.

SCOPE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Equipment preparation and maintenance – familiarization with the operation of equipment, checking their technical condition and ensuring safe work;
  • Cutting tool control and replacement – quality inspection, installation, adjustment and timely replacement of saws, knives and milling cutters according to established procedures;
  • Tool assembly and fastening – work according to assembly diagrams, proper fastening of knives and compliance with technical requirements;
  • Fault detection and prevention – recording equipment failures, providing information to managers and participating in troubleshooting;
  • Working with internal systems – filling in data on tool changes, balances and maintenance in the ALLDevice program;
  • Workplace maintenance – cleaning of equipment, maintenance after work and maintaining order;
  • Occupational safety compliance – safe work with equipment and chemicals, use of protective equipment and compliance with instructions.

YOU NEED

  • Responsibility and diligence;
  • Technical thinking and willingness to work with equipment;
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety requirements;
  • An advantage – experience in production or working with equipment.
