Nature of work
- Prepare technical documentation for equipment maintenance and repair (processes, instructions, methodologies, maintenance plans);
- Install a technical maintenance and repair management system for production equipment. After installation, supervise the operation/correct filling of the management system, implement changes in the event of improvements or discrepancies;
- Analyze data on recurring failures, participate in identifying defects and internal discrepancies in unscheduled repairs and their causes, provide proposals for their elimination and prevention;
- Analyze and provide proposals for increasing labor productivity in production activities, improving the quality of maintenance and repairs, reducing the cost of material and energy values and rational use, and ideas providing additional added value;
- Analyze and provide proposals for the purchase and/or installation of equipment, materials and services used for equipment maintenance and repair;
- Involve and participate in projects related to the improvement and development of the activities of engineering and production departments, and actively contribute to the implementation of changes.
Employee requirements
- Technical education (engineering, mechanics, electrical engineering, etc.) can be a final year student.
- Knowledge of the principles of engineering, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical equipment operation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules.
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills.
- Computer skills.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of engineering.
