In 2023, our owner ADAX AS (Norway) became part of the international GLEN DIMPLEX (Ireland) group, which opened up new growth and development opportunities in Lithuania.
At this strategically important stage of the company's growth, we are strengthening the team of adjusters of the Metal Department and inviting an EQUIPMENT ADJUSTER to join us, who not only performs equipment adjustment and preparation for production, but also makes a real contribution to technical solutions that shape the future of the company.

Your daily tasks will be:

  • Preparing equipment and tools for work;
  • Participating in preventive and fault repairs;
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

We hope you:

  • You have a technical education or similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
  • You are able to read technical drawings (an advantage!);
  • You are meticulous, observant and responsible.

What will the work schedule be?

You will work in shifts Mon-Fri 06:00 - 14:30 (morning shift), next week 14:30 - 23:00 (afternoon shift).

Salary

2200-3200 €/mon. gross
The final salary depends on the candidate's experience, qualifications and competencies. Additional performance-based bonuses are paid.
