FACILITY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER (IT/OT)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Control Systems and Technological Communications team. In this position, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of IT/OT infrastructure, business applications at Kruonis pumped storage power plant. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Planning the maintenance, repair and mutual integration development of the IT/OT infrastructure components of Kruonis hydroelectric power plant - servers, networks and business applications, and organizing the execution and control of these works;
• Ensuring the operation and technical condition of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of legal acts, taking responsibility for the maintenance of the assigned equipment;
• Participating in the organization's design activities and submitting proposals for investment projects, ensuring their timely implementation;
• Organizing the processes of eliminating defects and deficiencies during the warranty and post-warranty periods, carrying out their control;
• Initiating the conclusion of the necessary contracts for the technical maintenance of equipment and organizing the execution and control of these contracts;
• Ensuring the maintenance of the necessary emergency reserve for the repair and technical maintenance of equipment;
• Carrying out the formation of specifications for public or commercial procurement of materials and services, evaluating proposals, organizing their accounting.

• Higher university education in the field of engineering;
• 3 years of experience in performing technical maintenance or organizing work (IT infrastructure, automated control systems, business applications);
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and standards;
• Knowledge of the laws, legal acts, regulatory documents and rules of the Republic of Lithuania regulating activities in the energy sector;
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Good skills in working with basic "Ms Office" programs;
• Category B driver's license;
• Workplace: Kruonis.

An advantage would be:

• Knowledge of "IEC 62443", "ISO/IEC 27001" or "NIS2" directives.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 3,430 to 5,150 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
