FACILITY OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER(S) IN KRUONAS

We are looking for a colleague to join the Technological Equipment and Mechanics team of the planning department and help us take care of the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment at Kruonis and Kaunas hydroelectric power plants. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Planning and organizing maintenance work at Kruonis and Kaunas hydroelectric power plants, hydroturbines and other mechanical equipment;
• Organizing the processes of eliminating defects and shortcomings of operating objects and controlling their elimination;
• Drawing up annual and long-term plans for technical maintenance of the supervised area and forecasting the budget;
• Drawing up an annual procurement plan, initiating planned and emergency purchases;
• Initiating the conclusion of contracts necessary for technical maintenance of equipment and organizing the execution and control of these contracts;
• Submitting proposals for investment works;
• Participating in project activities, implementing assigned investment projects.

• For good results, an additional financial bonus is awarded once a year (up to 10% of annual salary);
• If you live outside the Elektrėnai or Kaišiadorys municipalities from your workplace – an additional mobility compensation of 211EUR/month (before taxes);

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
