Nature of work
You will ensure the maintenance, service and functional support of technological devices, equipment and tools;
You will prepare drafts of operating, repair, maintenance and work safety instructions;
You will plan annual scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance works, organize their implementation;
You will keep records of equipment, register failures and accidents, analyze causes and propose preventive measures;
You will organize metrological checks of accounting devices;
You will prepare technical requirements for purchases, coordinate the conclusion of contract agreements and control their implementation;
You will plan maintenance costs, control the budget, analyze equipment use and prepare renewal plans;
You will assess operational risks and implement standardization, digitalization, automation, LEAN and other operational efficiency solutions.

Employee requirements
Higher or higher engineering education;
At least 2 years of experience in the field of operation and repair of equipment, devices or tools;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (B1/B2);
Ability to work with information, warehouse and inventory accounting systems and office programs;
Knowledge of the principles of LEAN, process management, digitalization and continuous improvement of operations;
Ability to analyze performance indicators, assess risks and make data-based decisions;
Ability to systematically solve supply, warehousing and organizational problems and be familiar with the legal acts regulating the activity;
Category B driver's license, certificates of lifting equipment maintenance foreman and flammable gas operation manager.
