Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Manage the activities of the equipment maintenance department on a Lithuanian scale and ensure smooth operation of equipment, small mechanization and tools.
- Organize and control equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair work, ensure their quality and timely troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance of equipment with technical standards, legal acts, employee safety and fire safety requirements.
- Manage the fleet of movable property: plan its need, analyze its use, condition and efficiency and initiate optimization solutions.
- Analyze the costs of equipment operation, maintenance and repair, prepare and control the cost plan, look for cost optimization opportunities.
- Develop and standardize equipment maintenance and repair processes, implement solutions that increase labor productivity and energy efficiency.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Form performance indicators of the unit, monitor results and initiate performance improvement solutions.
- Lead a team: plan the work of employees, ensure the necessary competence, organize the selection of new employees and improve the team's qualifications.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Has a higher technical, engineering or related field of education.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in the field of technical maintenance, equipment operation, repair or asset management.
- You have accumulated experience in leading a team, are able to organize and control the work of employees.
- Have good technical knowledge, are able to understand technical documentation, diagrams and maintenance principles of equipment.
- Are able to analyze costs, plan budgets and make data-based decisions.
- Are able to create and standardize processes, increase their efficiency and implement practical solutions for improving performance.
- Advantage: knowledge of the TPM process.
