ABOUT THE POSITION:

The position of BURGA Equipment Maintenance Technician is designed to ensure that production equipment operates smoothly and reliably, and production processes meet the highest standards.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Until June 1: standard schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
• From June 1 to July 31: 12-hour rolling schedule (excluding night shifts).
• From August 1: 12-hour rolling schedule (including night shifts).

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Perform technical maintenance and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Identify and eliminate equipment malfunctions.
• Install and configure new equipment.
• Inventory spare parts and track their balances.
• Work with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Continuously improve existing equipment.
• Maintain indoor compressed air systems.
• Ensure maintenance of the automatic packaging line.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the technical manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You have 2+ years of similar work experience.
• You are responsible, meticulous, proactive and able to react quickly to situations.
• You have a technical education in the field of mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics or automation.
• You are able to smoothly plan and organize your working time.
• You communicate fluently in English.
• You know how to read technical drawings.
• You have good computer skills.
• You have a category B driver's license.

SALARY: 14.44 – 15.96 EUR/hour before taxes plus bonuses during peak production periods depending on results.

Night shifts are paid accordingly by law.
