What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an IS Analyst who would contribute to the development of information systems, data analysis, improvement of IT processes, and cooperation with external IT service providers.
What will you do?
- You will analyze business needs and participate in the implementation of information systems changes and projects;
- You will prepare and coordinate technical documents, specifications, requirements, test scenarios and user documentation;
- You will coordinate the activities of external IT service providers in the creation and development of the Office's information systems;
- You will monitor the operation of information systems, identify problems and contribute to their resolution;
- You will administer the Office's data warehouse, prepare SQL queries, create reports and statistical analyses;
- You will participate in ensuring data quality and information security;
- You will investigate security incidents and contribute to their prevention;
- You will consult system users and conduct training;
- You will contribute to the formation of the Office's information systems development strategy and planning of new technological solutions.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in IT, information systems, data analysis or a related field;
- You have at least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of information systems analysis, development or maintenance;
- You have a good understanding of the principles of business needs analysis and requirements management;
- You have the basics of data analysis;
- You know how to work with SQL queries, Oracle or similar databases;
- You are able to prepare clear and high-quality technical and procedural documents;
- You are distinguished by analytical thinking and the ability to make independent decisions;
- You are able to communicate smoothly with business representatives, IT specialists and external partners;
- You know English.
We will consider it an advantage:
- Knowledge of Oracle BI or other BI solutions;
- Experience in coordinating the activities of IT service providers;
- Knowledge of information security or GDPR requirements.
