We are currently looking for a new team member in the Corporate IT Systems Development Department. In this position, you will be responsible for smooth interaction between business and Group IT, resolving inter-organizational IT issues and ensuring that IT solutions meet business needs. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:
- Ensuring IT budget tracking and the value of solutions for the business;
- Consulting on IT issues, helping to identify needs and finding possible solutions;
- Organizing the initiation of new IT services from the formation of needs to the technical, financial and contractual perspective;
- Proactively resolving inter-organizational IT issues, including budget discrepancies, process gaps and unclear responsibilities;
- Taking over IT issues that are stuck between parties and leading them to a result;
- Coordinating communication between business units, Group IT teams and external suppliers.
Important for this position:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT project coordination or business-IT interface;
- Ability to act independently in an uncertain environment and shape one's own direction;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to achieve results through influence rather than formal authority;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, problem-solving orientation;
- Understanding of IT budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) and IT procurement processes;
- Experience working in an organization with separate IT and business structures;
- Higher university education (IT, business management or related field).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 3,940 to 5,920 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
