We are looking for a colleague who would be responsible for the preparation, adjustment and management of proformas (advance invoices) and related data. You will feel good in this position if you like clarity, logic, working with numbers and documents. Your daily routine will include a lot of communication with colleagues/clients and intensive work in Excel and Bill4Time systems.

Your main responsibilities

  • Prepare, administer and timely submit proformas in accordance with internal rules and client needs.
  • Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, errors or missing information, initiate their resolution.
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and/or clients regarding proforma content, corrections, approvals and deadlines.
  • Propose and implement process improvements: templates, automation, clearer rules, faster data exchange.
  • Debt monitoring and accurate provision of information to the client.
  • Purchase invoice administration.

We hope you do

  • Experience in billing, invoicing, financial operations or accounting.
  • Very good Excel skills (pivot, filtering, summaries, xlookup/vlookup, if, sumifs/countifs, etc.).
  • Experience working with a large number of documents/invoices and repetitive corrections or adjustments.
  • Diligent and attentive to details – able to work accurately, maintain high quality and order in documents.
  • Logical and process-oriented thinking – easily understand why certain things happen, and find the most effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and constructively – able to accurately coordinate issues with colleagues/clients and maintain positive cooperation.
  • Responsible and proactive – structured, sense of ownership, patience in routine and willingness to suggest and implement improvements.
  • You have excellent command of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English.

It would be great if you:
  • Have worked with ERP/CRM or document management systems.
  • Understand VAT/invoice logic.
