Smart Technology Consultant at Apple Repair Center

We are currently looking for a Smart Master - a true technology expert who will help customers cope with the challenges they face in the Apple showroom. We promise that your experience and knowledge will be invaluable - you will know Apple devices, as well as devices from other manufacturers, understand the technical side of the mobile network, and strengthen your sales talent. There is a lot of action with us - you will not be bored!

We hope that you will be interested in:

• advising customers on Apple products: device functionalities, settings, services and accessories;
• solving technical problems related to connection problems, phone failures, data transfer and storage;
• coordinating product orders and ensuring optimal support for product balances;
• accepting devices delivered for repair and performing their initial testing;
• achieving the sales and customer service quality goals set for you in order to create an exceptional Apple customer experience.

To be successful, you will need:

• maintain mandatory Apple certifications and constantly update your knowledge of products and services;
• actively follow technology and telecommunications market trends;
• understanding of the network (3G, 4G, 5G), roaming, device settings;
• at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience;
• willingness to take personal responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you;
• excellent oral and written Lithuanian and English language skills.

Base salary 1488 EUR (before taxes) plus as much as you are active and want to earn! Those working from home earn 1950 EUR (before taxes) and more.
