What tasks await:
- develop and implement an external communication strategy;
- evaluate communication results and propose solutions to increase its effectiveness;
- plan and implement the company's communication on social networks, ensuring consistent public information and the company's visibility;
- establish and develop relations with the media, prepare press releases, prepare responses to journalists, promptly prepare and coordinate communication on relevant issues of the company's activities;
- organize other external communication projects and implement other initiatives (independently, with the department team and with the help of external suppliers);
- contribute to the formation of the employer's image;
- carry out public procurement procedures for external communication needs (with the help of the department team and (or) public procurement colleagues);
- contribute to the projects of the Communication Department and prepare content for external and internal communication channels.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher education in the field of communication, journalism, marketing or public relations;
- has at least 2 years of similar work experience (an advantage is experience in the field of external communication in a large company with remote departments);
- is able to generate and implement ideas, knows how to flexibly adapt them to a changing context;
- has excellent expression of thoughts both orally and in writing;
- is able to manage several projects in parallel;
- is an initiative, creative and active personality;
- knows English at a level not lower than B1;
- has a driver's license (category B).
