We invite you to join one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the world, Pon.Bike, and become an Unpacker at Pon.Bike Lithuania. You will report to the Paint Shop Team Leader, and your main goal will be to ensure the correct amount of unpacked parts.

Your responsibilities:
- Unpack the parts, hang them on the conveyor.
- Inspect parts and prepare them for painting.
- Follow established policies, procedures and values at work.
- Comply with all safety and health requirements.
- Being a good team member, i.e. i.e. to help others when needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader or department head.
This job requires:
- experience in a production company (near field - a big advantage);
- ability to work in accordance with procedures and instructions established at work;
- willingness to participate in process improvement projects, to propose ideas (knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques is an advantage);
- communication when working with colleagues, orientation to the result;
- knowledge of the Lithuanian language (oral and written).
