- Lead a team of employees in the cutting department
- Organize and ensure the smoothness and quality of the production process
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and quality requirements
- Train new employees, share good practices
- Cooperate with other departments, solve problems
- Fill in work-related documentation
Requirements
- Similar work experience in production (supervised work experience is an advantage)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Responsibility, initiative, ability to work in a team
- Understanding of food safety and quality standards
- Computer literacy (basics of MS Office)
