Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficiency of the department's activities, work discipline and order;
- Develop and strengthen the competencies of shift managers, delegate responsibilities and increase their independence;
- Analyze operational data, track KPIs, organize regular feedback to employees on results and errors;
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and promptly respond to changing workflows;
- Ensure discipline in the maintenance of work equipment;
- Cooperate with managers of other warehouse departments in coordinating the flow of goods.
What do we expect?
- Experience in managing an operational environment (warehouse, manufacturing, retail, etc.);
- Knowledge of warehouse or logistics processes (not required - the company will teach the processes);
- Ability to lead large teams, develop managers, and implement work discipline;
- Ability to work with performance data and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian due to a multilingual team (an advantage).
