Nature of work:
- Passenger registration for the flight - check of plane tickets, identity documents (or other documents required for the flight) and baggage weighing and registration;
- Passenger boarding and re-checking of documents and hand luggage;
- Informing passengers about any changes in flight information;
- Comprehensive assistance to passengers in answering all questions related to flight information;
- Perform passenger service in accordance with airline rules and procedures.
Employee requirements:
- Work experience in customer service (advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Teamwork and communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills, quick orientation, attention to detail;
- Impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
