IT ADMIN / DEVOPS

We are the leaders in coffee e-commerce in 12 European markets, with 25 physical stores and 10+ internal systems serving the daily business of 400+ employees. The IT team consists of 17 people: programmers, analysts, testers and IT support. We work with AI not experimentally, but daily — Claude is a work tool for us, not a toy.

Our infrastructure is half on our own servers, half on Google Cloud. We are moving 12 e-shops to Kubernetes (some have already been moved), the order management system runs on our own VMs, deployments are carried out via Jenkins and Ansible. At the same time — an office in Kaunas, 25 stores and warehouses in several countries that need working equipment, a network and access.

Approximately 65% of the time — infrastructure and automation, 35% — daily IT management. The latter you will share with an IT support colleague: your side — technology, colleagues — business systems and employee consulting. You replace each other when necessary. Work — in the office: some servers, network and equipment are physical things that need to be accessed.

You are not here to "maintain what is": we migrate some systems, automate some from scratch — in one team with programmers, not separately "behind the wall". And we expect you to handle things differently than usual: Ansible role, backup verification or log analysis after an incident with AI is a work of hours, not days. Your value — not how many commands you remember, but how well you understand what needs to be done.

Infrastructure and automation:

• You will oversee the infrastructure of all environments (dev, test, staging, production) and manage it as code (Ansible) — without "I logged in and fixed it by hand";
• You will develop CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines) to make deployment boring and secure;
• You will participate in the migration of e-shops to Docker / Google Kubernetes Engine and Cloud SQL;
• You will take care of monitoring and alerts (Sentry, Elastic, Cloudflare) — so that we can see the problem before the customer.

Daily IT economy:

• You will take care of the equipment and access of colleagues, stores and warehouses (Windows, Google Workspace, VPN) — so that the new person has everything on the first day, and after leaving — nothing;
• You will oversee the office, stores and warehouse network (firewalls, VLAN, Wi-Fi) and its security;
• You will take care of backups — and regularly check if they are really restored.

On both sides — you will automate manual work, look for where AI can take over the routine, and document so that you are not the only person who knows it.
First 90 days: you will take over the existing infrastructure and its documentation, get involved in the migration of e-shops to GKE and automate the verification of backup restoration. After three months — you know where everything works, and have your own list of what to change.

• 3+ years of experience in IT / systems administration; you are comfortable in both Windows (workstations, AD or Entra ID) and Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) environments, at least some experience — with Linux servers in production;
• You configure and diagnose the network yourself — VPN, firewall, VLANs, DNS/DHCP;
• You have experience with at least one of the two — infrastructure as code (Ansible or similar) or Docker + CI/CD — and a desire to master the other; you write Bash, PowerShell or Python scripts;
• You know how to communicate with people who "don't work" — calmly, clearly, without IT jargon — in both Lithuanian and English;
• You are open to AI — you don't necessarily use it every day, but you want to try how it can take over part of your routine.

Everything else — Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, MySQL performance, PHP environments — you will learn along the way. If you've already done any of this or have automated your admin routine with the help of AI, tell us about it in the interview.
