Job Overview

We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Administrator / Support Specialist to join our team! If you're the go-to person for solving IT issues, love collaborating with people, and have a broad understanding of the IT world, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal IT support via our help_it channel (Slack)
  • Coordinate with our external IT service provider to:
Set up laptops and workstations for new hires
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective
  • Handle access management for tools and systems
  • Support colleagues with day-to-day IT requests
  • Track and deliver small internal IT projects (e.g., tool rollouts, automation improvements)
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve IT-related workflows and processes

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Languages: fluent in Lithuanian and English

Skills

  • Solid general understanding of IT infrastructure and tools
  • Hands-on experience with system setup, basic troubleshooting, and user support
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities across multiple initiatives
  • Some project management skills – you should be able to plan, communicate, and follow through on IT-related projects
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory
