- UAB „Edenred Finance“
GET READY TO:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID and Intune.
- Support and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity and network equipment.
- Assist in administration of servers, virtualization platforms and cloud services.
- Participate in IT infrastructure and workplace improvement projects.
- Monitor IT systems and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Follow IT security policies and participate in implementation of security best practices.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement corporate standards and new technologies.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or IT administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and server administration.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet or similar networking technologies is considered a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good English and Lithuanian skills (written and spoken).
IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE
- Microsoft Windows, Azure certifications.
- Experience with ITIL processes and Jira Service Management.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or other automation tools.
