We are looking for an IT Administrator to ensure the stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the company’s server and network infrastructure. In this role, you will administer systems, access rights, and security solutions, respond to incidents, and contribute to the continuous development and modernisation of the IT infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and administer servers, network equipment, and related infrastructure, ensuring their secure and reliable operation.
- Develop the company’s IT infrastructure by implementing new equipment, system upgrades, and security patches in line with business needs.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, groups, multi-factor authentication, and password policies.
- Perform and verify backup processes.
- Respond promptly to and resolve IT incidents related to servers, networks, and access management.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, including network topologies, configurations, and procedures.
- Participate in the selection of IT equipment and suppliers.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with access management tools, including Active Directory and Entra ID, as well as cloud platform administration using Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Ability to work with PowerShell, Microsoft Intune, Zabbix, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and native or fluent Lithuanian.
