We are looking for an IT Administrator (Windows) to join our Technology team. You will ensure the stability, security, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
Every day, you'll be #closer and:
- Administer the organization's servers and other IT systems.
- Perform network configuration tasks and ensure smooth network connectivity.
- Plan and execute operating system (OS) and software updates.
- Ensure smooth operation, reliability, and high availability of the IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Supervise backup creation and data recovery processes.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance, proactively identify, and resolve incidents.
- Prepare, update, and manage IT infrastructure documentation.
- Collaborate with external service providers and internal employees.
- Actively participate in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
To be #closer, you'll need:
- Practical experience in IT systems administration.
- Knowledge of network architecture and configuration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and MS Azure cloud platform.
- Experience in OS update management and maintenance.
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Knowledge of IT security principles, access management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze issues, make decisions, and work independently.
- Responsibility, initiative, strong teamwork skills, and a desire to continuously learn.
