IT Administrator (Infrastructure)

NARBUTAS is currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator who would design and develop IT and OT network architecture, administer network and security solutions, ensure the stability of critical systems and contribute to the implementation of network-related projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Design and develop IT and OT network architecture (LAN/WAN, VPN, industrial segments).
• Administer HPE Aruba network solutions (VLAN, switching, industrial Wi-Fi and firewalls).
• Configure and optimize Fortinet (FortiGate) solutions: segmentation, VPN, IPS, IPSec, Zero Trust.
• Implement IT / OT network segmentation.
• Ensure network stability in critical systems (PLC, SCADA, IoT).
• Analyze incidents and implement preventive solutions.
• Perform network infrastructure monitoring, backup management.
• Implement network-related projects.

FOR A SUCCESSFUL JOB YOU WILL NEED:

• At least 5 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
• Strong practical experience working with Aruba, FortiGate and Cisco solutions.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, VPN and multicast principles.
• Experience in network security (firewalls, segmentation, IDS/IPS).
• Ability to work with high-reliability infrastructure.

ADVANTAGE:

• Experience working with OT / ICS / SCADA networks.
• Fortinet NSE, Aruba or CCNP certifications.
• Experience with hypervisors and their management (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Linux OS administration experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, PRTG) and NetFlow analysis.
• Automation experience (Python, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience with cloud integration in hybrid networks.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 19.53 - 31.23 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 3258 - 5210 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working time.

Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
