Entry-level (Help Desk / IT Support):
Customer service by phone and email. by mail
Solving simple technical problems
Installing programs, updates, antivirus
Preparing new workplaces
Computer diagnostics and simple technical work
Connecting network equipment, cabling
Configuring smart devices
Creating connections and managing access
Remote assistance
Recording incidents in the CRM system
