Nature of work:
We are looking for an IT administrator to join the UAB "Staklyno servisas" team and ensure the smooth daily operation of the company's IT systems, infrastructure and workplaces.
In this position, you will be the main person helping employees solve IT issues, maintaining workplaces, systems and basic infrastructure, coordinating incident resolution and contributing to the safe and stable operation of the IT environment.
Your responsibilities:
In this position, you will be the main person helping employees solve IT issues, maintaining workplaces, systems and basic infrastructure, coordinating incident resolution and contributing to the safe and stable operation of the IT environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Resolve daily IT requests and incidents of employees;
- Prepare workplaces for new employees: equipment, accounts, access;
- Maintain and support the systems used in the organization: Odoo, Terra IT, Moodle, Power BI at the user level and our other systems;
- Administer user access and help troubleshoot basic system problems;
- Perform basic maintenance of Windows VPS and Ubuntu VDS/VPS servers;
- Help maintain the company's network equipment and physical IT infrastructure;
- Ensure the technical operation of Power BI dashboards displayed on TV screens;
- Record IT incidents, follow IT security procedures and collaborate with external IT and cybersecurity partners;
- Take over some of the routine IT maintenance work from external partners;
- Maintain orderly IT documentation and transfer information.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Have experience in IT support, IT administration or technical assistance;
- Are familiar with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) environments;
- Understand the principles of computer workstation support and have basic knowledge of networks;
- Are able to independently find a solution and do not get lost in critical situations;
- Know how to communicate clearly with users and help them in an understandable way;
- Are responsible, systematic and result-oriented.
