😜 What will your working day look like?
- Employee consulting and assistance on IT issues
- Preparation, maintenance, diagnostics of computerized workplaces
- MS Office 365 administration
- Maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure, internal network, servers
- Automation of IT processes using traditional and Microsoft ecosystem tools - PowerShell, Intune, Group Policy, SCCM, Power Automate, etc.
- Application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve the efficiency of IT operations - task automation, data analysis, development of internal tools
- Continuous process optimization, search for innovations and experimentation
💜 We hope you:
- Have experience in administering MS Office 365
- Have a university or non-university education in IT/informatics (can be a final year student)
- You are communicative, proactive, independent, but you also understand the team as a superpower
- You are well versed in: Windows Servers, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, monitoring systems
- You have worked or are ready to work with: PowerShell, Intune, Power Automate, Power Apps, SCCM, or other IT automation tools
- You have or want to gain experience in developing business process solutions in the MS Power Apps environment
- You are able to plan your time and withstand the challenges of a dynamic environment
- English – at least for basic technical communication (advantage)
- Experience with security systems, Windows/iOS administration – a big advantage
