Nature of work:
Maintain the entire IT infrastructure of the company, including servers, networks, data storage and other IT resources.
Responsible for network and server configuration, updates and support.
Responsible for the administration of entry and exit control systems, including card access control, biometric data management and other security mechanisms.
Prepare and maintain computer workstations.
Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounting software, CRM and Sharepoint systems.
Ensure the security of company data and network, including prevention, identification and response to cyber attacks.
Provide technical assistance and support to employees facing computer problems.
Consult users on IT issues, as well as provide recommendations on the equipment and technologies used.
Initiate and manage IT projects aimed at improving the company's IT infrastructure or implementing new technologies.
Analyze and implement new technologies that can increase work productivity.
Collaborate with company departments, including managers, department heads, and employees, to understand their needs and ensure appropriate IT support.
Participate in meetings and discussions with company personnel on IT issues and solutions.
Maintain IT documentation, including configuration instructions, procedures, and reports.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of IT infrastructure, security issues, and project progress.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer science, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the IT field, including experience with network infrastructure, software, and security tools.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms, as well as the operation of accounting software, CRM, and Sharepoint systems.
Good knowledge of network infrastructure, including server management, network configuration, and data storage.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and understandably with employees at various levels regarding technical issues and problems.
Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and external partners regarding technical issues and solutions.
Ability to identify problems and resolve them and ensure that projects are implemented on time and according to established standards.
Ability to analyze IT system operations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions to resolve them.
Ability to make decisions based on available data and analysis.
Ability to act independently and initiate improvements and innovations in the IT field.
Good work organization, ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
