Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure (computers, servers, network equipment);
- Your main responsibility is the administration, development and efficiency improvement of internal business information systems (Monitor, BSS, etc.);
- Resolve IT incidents, assist colleagues in daily work and cooperate with external partners;
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives, propose and implement new solutions, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools;
- Take care of IT security and help ensure that the organization's processes are secure and reliable;
- Participate in the implementation of IT projects - from idea to result (budget, deadlines, scope, priorities);
- Coordinate changes, testing and implementation of new solutions;
- Ensure clear documentation and smooth progress of projects.
Requirements:
- The biggest advantage and priority is experience with business information systems (ERP, CRM, etc.);
- Experience in IT systems administration;
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Windows Server) administration;
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations);
- Experience working with business information systems (ERP, CRM, document management, etc.);
- Ability to analyze IT and business processes and propose solutions for their improvement;
- Ability to cooperate with internal users and coordinate IT activities;
- Knowledge of English (for reading documentation and communicating with suppliers);
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and initiative.
