Nature of work
- IT infrastructure and network maintenance and administration.
- Workstation (Windows / macOS / Linux) installation and support.
- Server (Windows Server / Linux) administration.
- Network equipment (routers, switches, firewall) configuration and maintenance.
- User account and access management.
- Microsoft platform administration (Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
- IT incident resolution (helpdesk requests).
- IT security assurance and system update management.
- Backup system maintenance.
- Cooperation with suppliers on computer workstation maintenance, infrastructure as a service, security services.
- IT equipment inventory management and periodic inventory.
- IT infrastructure monitoring and alerting systems installation, configuration and maintenance (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in IT administration;
- Windows/Linux system administration skills.
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID) administration.
- Ability to independently solve technical problems.
- English language skills (for technical documentation).
We will consider
- VMware / Hyper-V experience as an advantage.
- Azure / AWS cloud platform knowledge.
- Cybersecurity knowledge.
- PowerShell / Bash scripting.
