TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer workstations;
- User account management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra);
- Diagnostics of hardware and software failures;
- Resolving and controlling registered requests (JIRA Service Desk);
- User consultations and training.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT administrator or Service Desk position;
- Experience in servicing computer workstations and users;
- English language skills;
- You have the following personal qualities: analytical thinking, organization, responsibility, independence, teamwork skills, communication skills.
USEFUL SKILLS:
- Intune, Microsoft 365 knowledge;
- Jira or other Service Desk type programs;
- Knowledge of network administration and IT infrastructure;
- Advantage – experience with ERP systems support.
