Your responsibilities
- You will ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and information systems;
- You will administer networks, servers, computer and software;
- You will resolve IT incidents and coordinate the work of external suppliers;
- You will initiate and implement IT solution and system development projects;
- You will consult employees on IT issues;
- You will take care of the implementation of IT security, audit and group requirements;
- You will cooperate with international IT teams and business units;
- You will contribute to the improvement of IT processes and the digitalization of the organization.
There is no remote/hybrid work model.
Your profile
- You have a higher education in IT, informatics, programming or a related field;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in IT administration and network maintenance;
- You are well-versed in IT infrastructure and user service principles;
- You understand IT security, compliance and audit requirements;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You are able to analyze situations, solve problems and make decisions independently;
- You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
