About the employer
Our client, a rapidly growing company manufacturing drone components that meet the highest security requirements, is looking for an IT Administrator to join the team.
Nature of work
The main function of this position is to ensure the smooth and secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
You will administer internal servers and network equipment, ensure cybersecurity - firewalls, antivirus protection, backups and system recovery after incidents. Also Windows, Linux computers and Apple devices, manage Google and Microsoft accounts and access rights, prepare computers for new employees and revoke access when employees leave.
You will maintain the software used in the company (Slack, KiCad, gerbv, GitHub, MS Office, etc.), actively use AI tools, create agents to automate both production and internal company processes. You will also actively cooperate with production and R&D teams to connect IT infrastructure with modern production systems.

- have a higher education in IT or a similar field (or particularly significant work experience);
- have experience in administering Windows and Linux operating systems and servers;
- are familiar with network administration and cybersecurity principles (firewalls, antivirus protection, backups);
- have experience in administering Google Workspace and (or) Microsoft 365 environments; experience in administering Apple devices (MDM) would be an advantage;
- have programming or scripting skills and are willing to use AI tools, including creating agents to automate work;
- have experience working with GitHub, ERP (advantage – Monitor ERP) or similar business and engineering software platforms;
- speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently.
