Vilnius - UAB „IT plasta“

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure, servers, networks and software
  • Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune
  • Configuration and maintenance of firewalls, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi and other network solutions
  • Administration of backup systems, recovery processes and installations
  • Incident diagnostics and resolution of more complex technical problems
  • Participation in IT infrastructure installation, migration and security projects
  • Automation of routine tasks using AI assistants
  • Planning, testing and implementation of changes
  • Customer consulting by phone, e-mail and in the Service Desk environment
  • Filling out technical documentation and standardizing solutions

We are waiting for you if you have:

  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • Have a good understanding of the Windows environment, network operating principles and Microsoft 365
  • Able to independently analyze problems and find their causes
  • Aren't afraid to take on new technologies and delve into more complex solutions
  • Able to plan your work and take responsibility for the result
  • Have good communication skills and are able to work both independently and in a team
  • Have a category B driver's license

It is a big advantage if you have worked with:

  • Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access
  • Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Hyper-V or VMware
  • Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Sophos, Fortinet, MikroTik or Ubiquiti
  • PowerShell
  • Azure services
  • IT infrastructure migrations or security projects
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI

You don't need to know everything - the most important thing is good IT infrastructure basics, a willingness to learn and the ability to find solutions.
