Monthly salary: €2,980.00 - €4,470.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competencies.
Fixed-term contract for 2 years with the possibility of extension or transfer to a permanent position.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business representatives and translate their needs into clear and implementable functional specifications for IT development teams
- Work together with IT architects, business architects, IT business partners and system experts to find optimal solutions
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements for IT system procurement
- Prepare technical specifications for IT systems: descriptions of processes, functions, use cases, data models
- Collect and analyze data to create detailed business and solution requirements
- Create and maintain analytics documentation
- Identify, analyze and manage requirements dependencies and risks
- Perform analysis of existing processes (AS-IS) and target processes (TO-BE)
What do we expect?
- IT analyst work experience (higher education - an advantage)
- Ability to analyze data and translate them into implementable requirements
- Experience in creating and documenting business process workflows process
- Ability to work with UML, BPMN or other modeling standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to consult, moderate and maintain constructive dialogue
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Diligence and orientation to business needs
- Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of API, databases and basic IT architecture principles would be an advantage
- Experience with data analysis tools/technologies (e.g. Power BI, SQL) would be an advantage
