Nature of work
- Formation, maintenance and assurance of unified design principles for IT solutions and application architecture;
- Architectural assessment and decision-making of IT systems and application capabilities and changes;
- Preparation of architectural solutions for IT projects and changes (including applications, integrations, platforms);
- Preparation of technical tasks and architectural guidelines for software development, modification and integration;
- Analysis and improvement of information systems, their interactions and integrations (API, ESB, data exchange);
- Participation in testing, implementation and launch of IT solutions, ensuring architectural compliance;
- Preparation of technical and architectural documentation (architectural diagrams, solution descriptions);
- Active cooperation with internal IT teams, business representatives and external suppliers - clarification of requirements, formation of tasks and coordination of solutions;
- analysis, testing and recommendations of technological platforms, solutions and architectural alternatives.
Employee requirements
- higher university degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field;
- experience in the field of IT systems, applications or solution architecture;
- result-oriented and hands-on approach when working with IT solutions;
- knowledge of systems integration and interaction between IT solutions;
- ability to analyze and model business processes and solution architecture (BPMN, UML or similar);
- planning, task structuring and decision prioritization skills;
- ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- English language proficiency at least B2 level;
- analytical thinking, systematic approach, initiative and responsibility;
- impeccable personal and professional reputation.
Advantages:
- knowledge of TOGAF, IT4IT or other architectural methodologies and experience of applying them in practice;
- experience working with complex IT projects or implementing IT solutions;
- experience working with integration platforms, application architecture or commercial third-party software solutions;
- experience in data architecture (data modeling, data flows and interfaces between systems);
- knowledge of data governance principles;
- experience working with data platforms or analytical solutions (DWH, Data Lake or similar);
- knowledge of DAMA, CDMP or similar data architecture methodologies or certifications;
- experience in energy, infrastructure or other critical systems.
