ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems Analyst to help develop our Production Planning module and connected business processes.
- You will work closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and developers to turn business needs into clear requirements and support solutions through development, testing, and delivery.
- This is a software analysis and delivery role, not general IT support or system administration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate solutions, including new functionality, process improvements, configuration changes, and automation.
- Map workflows, data flows, system dependencies, and exception scenarios.
- Prepare system documentation, wireframes, or prototypes where needed.
- Use AI tools to support analysis, prototyping, and testing, while validating generated outputs.
- Work directly with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Validate delivered functionality, support user testing, and ensure solutions address the original business need.
- Maintain documentation and support users in adopting new functionality.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience delivering ERP or web application projects, from requirements through testing.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Understanding of business processes, data flows, and connected systems.
- Experience collaborating directly with developers and business stakeholders.
- Practical experience using AI tools for analysis, prototyping, or testing, with critical validation of results.
- Structured problem-solving and ownership through delivery.
- Experience with manufacturing or production planning systems.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with Figma, Axure, or similar prototyping tools.
