Your responsibilities
- Ensure stable and secure operation of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations);
- Administer IT systems, software and Microsoft 365 environment;
- Resolve more complex IT incidents and user requests;
- Monitor IT systems, identify and resolve failures;
- Coordinate the work of external IT service providers;
- Ensure compliance with IT security, compliance and audit requirements;
- Implement IT infrastructure and digitalization projects;
- Prepare technical documentation and consult employees on IT issues;
- Cooperate with international IT teams and business units.
There is no remote/hybrid work model.
Your profile
- You have a higher education in IT, computer science or a related field;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of IT administration and network maintenance experience (an advantage in an international environment);
- You understand IT security, compliance and audit requirements;
- You are well-versed in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID / Azure AD);
- You are able to diagnose and solve technical and access management problems;
- You have experience working with external service providers, administering servers, networks and workplace infrastructure;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
