We invite you to join the IT Infrastructure Team, which is responsible for ensuring a reliable and secure technological environment throughout the organization. Here, daily challenges are solved, reliable solutions are implemented and a stable foundation is created for the work of the entire organization.

In this position, you will:

  • plan, design, test and implement the infrastructure of newly developed IS hardware and system software;
  • implement the protection of maintained IS, monitor IS access rights;
  • test and apply IT hardware and system software innovations, communicating with external suppliers or hardware and software manufacturers;
  • analyze IT innovations and their application possibilities;
  • monitor the entire IT infrastructure operation and ensure that the IT infrastructure used by the Bank is stable and operates reliably;
  • you will communicate with external suppliers and prepare technical specifications for information systems equipment for acquisitions and coordinate the work performed by external suppliers.

What we expect from you:

  • higher university education (bachelor's degree);
  • at least 3 years of experience in Windows Server or Linux administration;
  • 1 year of experience using PowerShell, Bash to automate tasks;
  • skills in working with IT service management systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence);
  • VMware administration experience (an advantage);
  • containerization and orchestration experience (an advantage);
  • ability to express thoughts fluently, both orally and in writing, in Lithuanian and English;
  • responsibility, independence, teamwork skills, result orientation, initiative, desire to improve and interest in innovations in the field.

We offer you:

  • competitive salary, depending on your competencies and experience. DU range: 3200-4500 EUR (gross);
  • flexibility of working hours and location (hybrid work model applied), health insurance, 6 additional days off per year, budget for training.
