IT Infrastructure Manager for the Baltic States

We are currently inviting IT Infrastructure Manager for the Baltic States to our team, to work with the IT infrastructure of “Lietuvos draudimas”.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and improve the organization's IT infrastructure architecture, ensuring its stability, security, performance and development.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data storage, cloud platforms, virtualization environments and computer workstations.
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions, assessing the adaptation of Cloud, On-Premise and Hybrid models to the needs of the organization.
• Plan, manage and control the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring effective use and optimization of investments, licenses, cloud services, hardware and external services costs.
• Plan and develop Microsoft Azure, Oracle and other strategic infrastructure platforms.
• Participate in the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions for AI, data analytics and other modern technological platforms.
• Ensure the security of the infrastructure, the operation of backups, monitoring, access control and other critical technological controls.
• Develop, maintain and regularly test IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans, coordinate infrastructure recovery during critical incidents.
• Plan and implement infrastructure technology upgrades, modernization, automation and standardization.
• Identify technological risks, infrastructure performance or availability problems and initiate actions to eliminate them.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams in the design and implementation of new technological solutions.

Leadership and partner management:

• Lead the IT infrastructure and computer workstation team, set priorities and develop technical competencies.
• Act as the highest level technical expert during complex incidents, problems and infrastructure projects.
• Manage relationships with infrastructure, cloud and data center service providers, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Provide recommendations on technology direction, infrastructure investments and long-term infrastructure strategy.

• Higher education in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• At least 7 years of IT infrastructure management experience and at least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of networks, servers, data storage, virtualization, workplace infrastructure and IT security.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Oracle and hybrid (Cloud and On-Premise) infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of IT business continuity (BCP), disaster recovery (DR), backup and monitoring solutions.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure budget, technology projects and external service providers activities and SLAs.
• Ability to shape IT infrastructure strategy, architectural solutions and technological vision in the Baltics.
• Strong leadership, team building, collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, ability to solve complex technical problems and act during critical incidents.
• Experience in implementing AI infrastructure solutions and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure AI Foundry) would be considered a great advantage.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English; Microsoft, ITIL, security or other infrastructure certifications would be an advantage.

Salary: from 6000 - 7100 Eur (before taxes) depending on the employee's competencies and experience.
