By joining the SVENHEIM team, you:
- you will take care of the preparation, installation, administration and preparation of technical specifications of computerized workplaces, IT and communication equipment;
- you will diagnose and eliminate computer, software, printers, multifunction devices and network malfunctions;
- you will administer assigned information systems and perform the "Service Desk" function - register, resolve and manage incidents;
- you will consult and train employees to use IT systems and comply with security requirements;
- you will ensure the security of IT infrastructure, contribute to the prevention of cyber risks and the improvement of IT processes.
We hope that you:
- have an education in information technology, computer science or a related field and work experience as an IT engineer;
- you know the basics of networks and have practical knowledge of optics, LAN, WiFi, VLAN, you are able to diagnose and troubleshoot;
- you are well versed in MS Windows operating systems, and knowledge of Linux and virtualization platforms, such as VMWare, would be an advantage;
- you speak English well;
- you are responsible, independent, proactive, solution-oriented and want to grow in the IT field.

Svenheim Møbelindustri AS was founded in Osterøy in 1946 as a subcontractor for other manufacturers.
