Nature of work
We are looking for an IT support specialist whose main responsibilities would be:
- Installation and configuration of software;
- Troubleshooting software problems;
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware problems;
- Consulting users on the use of IT equipment.
Employee requirements
- Continuous improvement is an integral part of the work of a technology professional, so we hope that the new colleague will be curious and inclined to deepen their knowledge;
- This position requires good knowledge of computer equipment, 1-2 years of experience in maintaining computer workstations;
- Ability to independently solve problems and work in a team;
- Communication skills and responsibility;
- Knowledge of English;
- Driver's license.
